Birthday Week

It's been a week of celebrating my birthday and it has been fun.

Sunday wasn't really a b-day celebration but I wanted to post this picture . . .

Jenni's friend Chelsea was in town with her cute little boy Quinton and we went to Ogden to visit with them for a bit. It was fun to see Chels in the mother role (what a good mommy she is) Monday night when I went to Layton for my class Tyler took me to dinner - Thanks Ty - Love ya! It was fun to spend some one on one time with him and catch up on life.

Tuesday we had lunch at the office to celebrate my birthday - yeah oops! NO picture because we really didn't get to all eat together. Thanks gals, it was fun anyway. Last night (Wednesday) we went to Layton to a viewing and then Dad and Mom took us to dinner at Zuppas. It was fun to spend some time with them. Also, last night when I got home from work Dale gave me my b-day present . . . . this yummy fruit basket. After the little mishap a few years ago he didn't even ask what I wanted he just went out on a limb and got this because he knows how hard I am trying to eat good things.

Today (my birthday) we started the day bright and early at the temple - what a great start.

We went to a funeral where we run into some of our good friends from Roy, it was fun to visit with them.

We took my bike to get serviced and ready for the season and we went to lunch.

We were going to attend a fireside tonight - we got there and the parents of one of Kortnee's mission companions showed up but we were the only ones. After a few phone calls we found out it had been cancelled and rescheduled for sometime in April. Oh well - it was still fun to meet the Peterson's.

We came home and Jen and I went for a walk and then we finished the day by eating the yummy fruit.

I had several texts and messages on facebook wishing me a happy birthday - Thanks everyone for making it such a fun day!

I am especially grateful that Dale and I were able to spend the entire day together - best present ever!
