Dale went to the doctor on Friday for his defibrillator/pacemaker check and also his check-up with the heart doctor. As Shannon was checking the device she could see that Dale had an event in June and was not even aware of it. She told us that his device saved his life and she gave him this pin.
We know from the time of the event that Dale was probably home alone and possibly just watching TV when he had this episode. I am so grateful for miracles and modern medicine in our lives.
