I am so HaPpY!

At work on Thursday I received a text message from my friend that said "I have some news to share with you.  I think you'll smile!  I will call you tonight . . . hope you can wait to hear it:)"  All afternoon I kept wondering what it could be . . . I was sure she wasn't pregnant . . . I know she is going to be a Grandma and maybe she had learned what the sex of one of the grandchildren is going to be (but I was sure that wasn't it) . . . . I thought maybe she had found something of someone elses that has been missing and she has been accused of taking . . . . the thoughts kept churning but really couldn't come up with what she might want to share.  I waited anxiously all afternoon.  She called that night and she is right - it made me SMILE and I am so HAPPY!
My bestest friend is moving to Utah soon!!!!
I am on a search to help her find a home.
We have been friends for 28 years and have never lived close to each other.  For the last 17 years she has lived in Alaska - just a little far for visiting.  We have seen each other when she has been in Utah visiting family.
When we get together you never know what will happen but one thing is for sure there will always be snakes to scare me with (After all these years I still haven't figured out what she is afraid of).  We have been known to blow straw wrappers at each other in restaurants, blow toothpicks into the ceiling in Training Table, aggravate people, laugh a lot, cry a little (or a lot), create public scenes, etc.
Our hubbies don't go with us very often for fear of what they might witness.
Our children are worried that they are going to be babysitting us or chaperoning.
I really am so excited and have been on cloud nine since that phone call on Friday!

The criteria for a home (if you know of one available) is that it needs to have:
3 bedrooms (at least)
2 bathrooms
a minimum of 1 acre
with a price range around $240 or less
