Today Dale and I celebrate our 27th anniversary.
Here we are on our recent trip to the Tetons - the same place we went for our honeymoon.
I would like to say that the last 27 years have been nothing but bliss but who would I be kidding.
We have had our good times, bad times, shaky times etc. and we have weathered through them all. We have learned a lot and grown from our experiences. I would like to think that we are better than we were when we started. We compliment each other - Dale is the calm while I tend to be the storm and it all balances out.
I know there are times that I have thought I would like to throw in the towel but I have stuck with it. I love Dale more today than I did back then. I appreciate his patience with me. I appreciate his love and support in all of my endeavors. I appreciate him encouraging me to try new things.
I look forward to the next 27 years and what lies before us.

Happy Anniversary!! I think I could be the storm and Steven would be the calm too...reading this gives me hope that we'll make it as long as you two!
